Directory of chironomid workers
This is a collection of lists of all chironomid workers known to science (now including over 500 colleagues), which can only be kept current if you send us your comments, additions, corrections etc. You can send colleagues with a working email address messages by clicking on the highlighted addresses, or access their local web page by clicking on the corresponding link. (You must activate your browser's javascript for email addresses to show; this script helps prevent internet spider search programs from adding email addresses to their spamming lists). We ask everyone with a local WWW page to return the favor and add a link to the Chironomid WWW pages on this server.
Looking for a representative in your region? Although the regional representative system is no longer much active, you can now easily find workers in your country by following the links in the table at the bottom of this page. You may also find it useful to consult the Directory of European Dipterists or the Expert Center for Taxonomic Identification World Taxonomist Database.

At the bottom of this page is a breakdown of the number of workers from their respective countries. Lists of workers by country are also available by clicking on the linked country. You'll find we truly are an international community!
