- The Stones
There are 10 species in 6 genera recorded in the state of Michigan, with another 7 species that may occur based on known distributions and nearby locality records. Immature nymphs of Neoperla (sp. 1) have been collected in Washtenaw Co. (Huron River near Dexter, MI), but species identification must await collection of a mature nymph or adult based on current taxonomy. Note: species denoted in bold-blue have been recorded in Michigan, other are likely to be found in the state based on existed regional distribution records. Taxa list: Acroneuria Pictet, 1841
